During mixing, air ingress is minimized. Its unique structure ensures that all powder is pre-hydrated before entering the mixing chamber, eliminating "fish-eye" phenomena. This system effectively reduces mixing time, avoids over-processing shear-sensitive products, and allows for recirculation. Dust-free and loss-free powder suction pipe/hopper feeding enables rapid powder addition, wetting, and non-agglomerated dispersion and mixing. The powder is wetted and dispersed into the liquid under vacuum, effectively preventing air ingress, avoiding agglomeration, resulting in better reaction effects, higher material utilization, and higher final product quality. Suitable for industries such as new materials and chemicals.
