Utilizing a special working head and chamber structure, it generates powerful vacuum suction during operation, enabling in-line powdering and cyclic shearing. A cleaning port is designed at the end cap to meet CIP/SIP cleanliness requirements. It is suitable for the following industries: daily necessities such as face creams, lotions, gels, deodorants, hairsprays, shampoos, conditioners, toothpaste, mouthwash, sunscreens, and liquid cosmetics; food industries such as jams, pet food, egg liquid, salad dressings, syrups, condiments, and stabilizers; pharmaceutical industries such as antacids, cough syrups, tablet coatings, vitamin dispersions, topical creams, ointments, lotions, and gels; and chemical industries such as de-icers, detergents, and polyacrylamide.
