The FDLS series is a dynamic in-line mixer specifically designed for the homogenization and mixing of shear-sensitive, high-viscosity liquids. It can uniformly incorporate additives such as flavorings, colorings, and emulsifiers into materials like fats and chocolate. Even with very low additive ratios, it achieves a completely uniform mixing effect. The equipment experiences extremely low temperature rise during mixing, with the material temperature increasing by no more than 1°C, making it suitable for handling highly shear-sensitive materials such as foams without damaging the product.
