FLUKO showcased its mixing, homogenizing, and fluid processing solutions at VIETFOOD & BEVERAGE – PROPACK VIETNAM 2026, held on August 6–8 in Ho Chi Minh City. The exhibition provided opportunities to connect with industry professionals, discuss production challenges, and explore cooperation across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
From August 25–27, 2026, FLUKO participated in DUPHAT 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre in the UAE. At Booth 2C34, the company presented its high-shear mixing, dispersing, and homogenizing solutions for pharmaceutical applications, demonstrating its technical expertise and commitment to serving global markets.
Shanghai FLUKO Technology Development Co., Ltd. focuses on the research, design, and production of dispersion and mixing equipment, including high-shear dispersing, emulsification, homogenization, stirring, reaction systems, and automated powder feeding systems.
The oil-in-water (O/W) system is one of the most widely used emulsification systems in topical creams and lotions. In this system, oil is dispersed as the internal phase, while water serves as the continuous external phase. O/W emulsions are known for their simple processing, light skin feel, and good spreadability, offering compatibility with both oil and water components.
Based on preliminary communication with the client, the raw material was identified as animal tissue requiring size reduction and grinding. Through initial discussions between FLUKO and the client, a basic process flow was established, taking into account the raw material characteristics, processing requirements, and overall production objectives.
