The Fisco Pro series is a modular processing system with broad process adaptability, capable of handling materials with viscosities exceeding 1 million CPS. It enables precise pressure and temperature control, and handles fine processes such as mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, and homogenizing. Widely adaptable to various process scenarios, it covers a full range of sizes and offers a variety of homogenization systems to choose from, such as dual-circulation homogenizers, external circulation homogenizers, and internal circulation homogenizers. The stirring system works in conjunction with the homogenization system to maintain product stability, uniformity, and batch consistency. An advanced control system and a user-friendly UI provide an excellent user experience. It features heating and cooling functions as well as vacuum pressure capabilities for precise control, and is equipped with multiple sensors to effectively monitor the internal state of the tank. Suitable for medical ointments, creams, cosmetic products, gels, lotions, cosmetics, oils, etc.
