Combining high-resolution imaging with AI-powered analysis, the system provides detailed information on particle size, morphology, concentration, and classification to support formulation development and quality control.
As samples pass through a precision quartz flow cell, the system captures particle images in real time. Its AI-driven software automatically recognizes, classifies, and counts particles, helping users distinguish protein aggregates, silicone oil droplets, air bubbles, and other foreign matter. With a detection range of 1–100 µm and a 25-megapixel camera, the FlowView 100 Auto offers detailed insight into suspended particles.
Designed for efficient laboratory workflows, the system supports automated sample loading, cleaning, and customized analysis for 96 or more consecutive samples. Flexible test protocols make it suitable for applications including formulation stability assessment, subvisible particle identification, and packaging material qualification.
