FLUKO's PLM pilot system is developed for industrial scale-up. The FDHS3 series is a FLUKO high tip speed series equipment. It adopts vertical feeding to facilitate the entry of materials into the cavity. There is no residue in the cavity, no dead spots for mixing, and the maximum tip speed is 40m/s. This series starts from the desktop version of SMART LAB, up to 75kW for large-scale industrial production, and covers the high tip speed requirements of the inline mixing process. It can realize CIP and SIP and is a wise choice for high-end mixing applications. Suitable for microemulsion, veterinary vaccines, suspensions, microspheres and other fields in the biomedical industry.
