Please clean the agitator before disinfection.

Agitator cleaning method:

1. For materials that are easy to clean, add an appropriate amount of soluble cleaning agent to the container, let the agitator run at medium speed for five minutes, then rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth.

2. For materials that are difficult to clean, it is recommended to use solvents for cleaning, but it is not suitable to soak in corrosive solvents for a long time.

After cleaning the tool:

1. Disassemble the agitator and use autoclave sterilization (121℃, 2bar)

2. Disassemble the agitator and wipe the parts with alcohol, phenol, formalin and other disinfectants. After finishing, use sterile water to clean the residue on the surface.

3. Disassemble the knife and use high temperature sterilization (160℃-190, 30min is recommended)

Speaking of safety protection, cleaning and disinfection of the equipment after use is also very important. FLUKO recommends that the equipment needs to be cleaned and disinfected after the experiment, so that residual materials will not stick to the gap between the rotor and the stator, and the surface of the equipment, to avoid bacterial growth .

Disinfection method of equipment surface:

1. After the equipment is powered off, use clean solvents such as alcohol, phenol, formalin and other disinfectants to wipe the surface of the equipment for disinfection, and then wipe with sterile water. Let dry.

2. Do not use alcohol spray equipment.

3. Do not use strong acid or alkali to wipe the equipment for a long time.
