1. Correctly evaluate the viscosity of the material, if it is 1,000cp above, the material shall be fed by a pump, and if it is 3,000cp above, pump is not recommended.
2. The liquid shall be full in the whole pipeline before startup.
3. The working head can not be bottom-up placed, otherwise the residual liquid will flow into the bearing.
4. The liquid shall be fed from top down as the device has no self-suction function.
5. The device shall be thoroughly cleaned up or further be blown to dryness after it is out of commission.
6. The rotating speed of the motor shall be regulated from lower to higher when operating, and be regulated to the lowest after it is out of commission.
7. Regularly rotate the main shaft to check whether the weight is uniform or whether there is any irregular noise, if any irregularity is found, the bearing shall be replaced or repaired in time.
8. The working head shall be correctly connected and tightened with the motor.
9. When a working chamber is to be installed, the sealing ring shall be firstly mounted from the bottom of the working head, and then attached to the working chamber so as to avoid any damage.
10. If the motor stalls or does not rotate, the carbon brush shall be replaced by a professional electrician.
11. Do not operate without any medium.
