FUE Series
The high shear dispersing emulsifier installed at the bottom of the container can provide a wide range of processing capacity in the container, conduct sufficient internal circulation mixing of materials, and provide sufficient shear, dispersion, and emulsification.
Suitable for fine mixing of creams, emulsions, suspensions and other products.

The maximum capacity in the table refers to the data measured when the medium is" water"; lf the medium viscosity or solid content is high, it is recommended to use it in conjunction with inline high shear dispersing emulsifier;
lf there are special conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive, corrosion, etc., detailed and accurate parameters must be provided;

Remarks
- Flow rate ranges are based on a water medium, and the outlet pressure for all models does not exceed 0.15 MPa.
- A batch high shear emulsifier in the tank alongside the inline emulsifier is recommended if circulation is required.
- Customers should provide detailed information regarding special working conditions, such as high temperature and pressure, flammable, explosive or corrosive conditions.
- A transfer pump with moderate flow rate should be connected in front of the inline high shear emulsifier when the materials cannot flow well. The pump pressure should not exceed 0.3 MPa.
